Poor service, no flexibility or desire to help the guests. We had a short but unpleasant experience there. They even charged the no show up fee even though we did!!

We’re sorry you had a disappointing experience.
However, the €50 deposit per person and the €85 menu price were clearly communicated and accepted at the time of booking.
You chose not to stay, and as stated in our policy, the deposit is non-refundable.
We do our best to provide clear information to avoid misunderstandings.
